Nintendo Trolls Twitter About Nintendo Direct. Fan Reaction Is Priceless

Ever since Nintendo introduced us to their new way of showing off their upcoming projects via Nintendo Direct, it’s been the best way for fans to get excited about their upcoming projects. With a recent tweet, Nintendo seems to be preparing us for the first one of the year.

There’s not much to go on just yet, however, earlier today Nintendo tweeted the following picture;

This comes as what seems like a response to Gamestop posting something about a Nintendo Direct starting what would be about 3 hours ago now. Obviously, this hasn’t yet happened. However, the community is going wild with anticipation. And it seems like the entire development community is getting in on the fun. With the likes of Megaman, Sonic, Doom, Assassin’s Creed, and even Obsidian joining in on the fun with their own characters on fire.
