Battlefront II Is Rolling Out A New Patch That Aims to Balance The Game

The “Controversial” Battlefront II is putting the finishing touches on a new patch that aims to balance the gameplay and fix some minor bugs

Patch Inbound

Yesterday,  a Developer at EA announced that they that were “in the approval stage” of a new patch for Battlefront II and that it will be coming soon. This new patch aims to fix some glitches but mainly seems to be focused on balancing the gameplay. Here’s what we can look forward to in a nutshell.

  • Hero Tweaks
  • Wookie Warriors Tweaked
  • Trooper Tweaks (I.E Specialist, Heavy, and Officer)
  • Weapon Tweaks
  • Bug Fixes
  • And Much Much More (Apparently.)
Battlefront II

Let  The Past Die…

What does this mean for Battlefront II fans? Is it going to fix the game or potentially break it? Only time will tell but it sounds like we’ll be getting our answer very soon. As an avid fan of the game, I can say that the part I’m most interested in is the “hero tweaks” though they play fine in galactic battle, when you play heroes vs villains it’s clear when someone has high-level star cards. In defense of that, if you spend time building your class in ANY game you want to feel like that time mattered right? The big thing I think should be addressed is a better match-making that places you based on skill level as well as star card level, and better spawns.

Who know’s what we’ll see in this patch but hopefully it’s good news. Oh, and for you haters out there, still ZERO mention of bringing microtransactions back to the game. So… There’s that.
